I bought a battery for my e-bike off Amazon, but when it arrived it was not at all as pictured in the ad. The contacts were not compatible with my e-bike.
The battery is 48 volts at 10 amp-hours (about 500 watt hours) and comes complete with a 2 amp charger. The battery is brand new and it has never been used. It comes with a "down-tube" style mounting bracket.
You could use it as a power source for a DIY e-bike. Or, it might be useful as a spare battery, if it fit your existing bicycle. Pay close attention to the pictures to see if it might fit your current e-bike. The battery has an on-off switch and a USB port for charging phones, etc.
