2014 Relapse Records box set for the album Leprosy by Death
- includes box contents and slip mat
- Disc 1 is Near Mint used with a light hairline on one side (see pics), Disc 2 should be new and unplayed
- Box top has a light scuff on the top in the light (pictured) but is otherwise minty
