My son used this mountain bike from age 12-14. On the website it says "The Scout typically fits 8-15+ year olds between 4.5 and 5.5 feet tall. Inseam 25"-30", Height 53"-64".
It's high quality construction. Shimano Deore drivetrain, Shimano Tektro brakes, Suntour XCR 32mm fork (burliest I could find for a kids hardtail). We added an Ascend dropper post. Still works fine.
