Children's bicycle helmet. New. Never used. I have 2 identical matching helmets. Comes with owner's manual still attached to helmets. Small. Price is for each. Circumference inside top of helmet is 23 inches/37 cm. There is padding strips on inside circumference attached via velcro. Perhaps this is what is meant by adjustable size. Plus there are 2 padding strips on inside for top of head.
