Bike stand. Works best with aluminum or steel bikes as it supports the bottom of the frame. Also works better with bikes that have straight tubes unlike the bike in the picture with the rounded bottom.
Good little stand for basic wrenching. Served me well for a couple seasons till I bought a mechanic level stand to start a side business.
