Ethernet cables comes in various colors, like yellow, or grey. Tech Specs: These are rated for 10000 Mbps (1250 megabytes/second) so ideally these are used for cat 6 ethernet or below like cat 5e. Do not extend any cat 5e past 100 meters or 328 feet, there will be problems. Most laptops and computers have a max ethernet speed of 1000 Mbps (125 megabytes/second).
