This is a "promotional" or "publicity" or "after-market" jersey, or whatever they call them, NOT an original team jersey. #13 was Kelvin Benjamin, drafted in the first round by the Panthers in 2014, played a few seasons for them, then was with the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs.
