So I won this expensive (Original MSRP $999USD) printer at an auction recently with the intention of making some prints, however since its from 2012, it seems to need older operating systems to run. So while I can confirm it powers on and could send some blank paper through, I can't confirm it fully operates, hence the extremely low price.
The previous owner seems to have barely used it, and it is genuinely spotless. I don't even know if there's ink in it honestly.
I really can't be arsed setting up a virtual machine on my Macbook so at this point I'm hoping a photographer who can make the most of it can pick it up as an absolute steal and print some of their work with it.
It'll need to be picked up, because it is genuinely f'ing massive. I must warn you that this thing is about 60lbs and awkwardly wide, so please be careful and bring a friend to get it in your vehicle if needed.
Again, I'm sorry that I can't confirm it is 100% functional, I just don't have the time or patience to go above and beyond for this thing, so the sale will be final. Luckily the paper alone is worth the listing price I just want to find someone who can make good use of it and afford the risk.
Would be willing to trade it for some fresh rolls of 35mm film as well lmao
