Canon 241XL Color toner cartridge
My daughter bought this for her college printer, opened it and discovered its the wrong size for her printer. She paid almost $60 including tax and is hoping to recover some of her money back...
Staples will not let her return it because it was opened, but the safety pull tab was never removed from the toner.
