This is a Canadian constitutional law textbook that I used in a first year at Windsor law. It is relevant to my other posting about another textbook—particularly about Canadian and international law— however, this one is a bit more complex in material. This book has been highlighted and contains minor pen marks, but is still clear to read.
Would be great for those who are interested in going into law school or want a refresher in Canadian law due to taking their studies in law abroad in the UK/Australia.
Warning: this book is heavy and may give back pain.
