You will think there's a sub; there's not.
Come complete with all wires/accessories including power adapter with wire, volume control pod with wire, L to R speaker Aux cable, Audio In Aux cable for laptop/etc and an extra gold plated Aux to RCA cable to connect CD player or other compatible stereos.
These Bose speakers will be tested for a local Ottawa area buyer at the front door with a high end Dell laptop, so you can appreciate sound quality right away;

Bose Companion 20 speakers are rightfully famous in that they sound better than all active speakers of this mini size. The bass, midrange and soundfield are definitely 10 out of 10, for the price.
The treble could be better, in absolute terms, as it's rolled-off, but then nothing is perfect.
Overall, these speakers are giant killers, very seductive at first listening and easy on ears.
The source must be good of course, as they will reveal flaws, say, an old cheap laptop garbage sound.
I will use Dell XPS for testing.
