A BIOS unlocking service is available if you forgot your supervisor password. Computrace will also be disabled once the unlocking is complete.

12" to 14" models: $80
15" models: $100
15" models (P-series): $150
17" models: $180
50% discount for quantities of 10pcs or more.
After the unlock is complete, your ThinkPad will have a fully reset BIOS equivalent to brand new factory default settings.
