If my adds are on Kijiji the items are available. No need to ask, suggest a date and time to pay and pick them up. I purchased a 1970's era Raleigh Grand Prix. I restored it close to original. The following parts were removed. 1)A Vetta saddle (too hard for me) 2))Shimano PD 1056 pedal clips Made in France 3)A Regina Extra -8 freewheel 6 speed 14-15-16-17-18-19 Made in Italy 4)A Suntour freewheel 5 Speed 14-18-22-28-34 I had purchased the Suntour online but once received realized the Shimano cage would not accommodate the 34 size. I have since installed a 14-28 5 speed which is the original size freewheel.
