Previously used crib wedge pillow for babies and infants. There is a minor pressure point (no puncture) on one side.
Also note the minor tear in the plastic cover in one corner which would be covered with crib sheets anyways or can be taped.
Measures approx. 25” long and 13” wide. Wedge is 2.75” tall.
