This is brand new and in the original box. Never been used for more than a few minutes for testing. It works and has all the pieces! Converts a VGA computer PC signal into a composite, s-video, or RGB Scart output, allowing you to connect your computer to a TV. Converts VGA (31.5kHz) and EGA(24.5kHz) signals into CGA (15.5kHz).
