LCD-XC has impressive technical performance! In fact this is the best performing closed-backs I've had the pleasure of owning and I tried so many closed-backs. It has quite an open, airy and spacious soundstage for a closed-back, with very good left to right separation and imaging.
Takes EQ so well and is very easy to do, I can share my EQ if you're interested which makes these headphones really shine!
