It was bought as a Geek Squad certified Open Box product at Best-Buy and looks brand new to me. I ran stress tests on it to make sure it's good to go. Under maximum stress test CPU reaches 70 degrees and idled at around 35. Can run most games on highest settings with no problem (see last picture for FPS estimate in various games) - Transaction will be done at a police station with security cameras for our mutual safety Cheers!
