In good working condition with the exception of the Home Button - it is worn and needs replacing, the price reflects that. However it is not really needed as I just use the 5-finger close gesture to get back to Home and the Assistant Touch Button is on-screen as a second alternative.
Another general disclaimer for the IPad 2 is that it is fully updated to iOS 9.3.5 to the max. Only applications compatible with iOS 9 will download and work. Ensure your favorite apps are iOS 9 compatible before grabbing this!
