APC Matrix 5000 MX5000 Battery Backup UPS Includes: MX5000 5kVA (5000VA) UPS - Input 208V/240V - Output 120V/208V/240V Quantity 3 x APC SmartCell XR Battery Pack 208/240V Details: The batteries were 6 years old, so I have removed them for recycling. This also reduces the weight. The UPS needs 2 people to lift and move. The empty Extended Runtime Battery Packs are easy to lift when empty but require 2 people to move when filled with batteries. Each Matrix XR Battery Pack requires 1 x APC RBC14 Kit (Kit includes 4 Batteries) https://excessups.ca/apc-rbc14-compatible-replacement-battery-pack Quantity 3 x RBC14 are required Includes SNMP WEB Management Card This UPS functions perfectly. It was in use until the batteries were removed. This UPS was used to provided extended runtime for 4 servers, 1 SAN and 2 x 10GBit Switches, I was able to get 8 hours of battery runtime.
