For sale: Altec Lansing ADA885 multimedia speakers w/ sub-woofer (Type: 4.1 four satellite speakers and sub-woofer) w/ remote (no batteries, takes AAA). Full disclosure: The four satellite speakers works fine, but the 'bass' sound coming from sub-woofer is very faint. Also, sometimes when switching 'mode' from Stereo or Stereo x2 to Quad, Dolby or Prologic, you get heavy static. Plus main knob in volume control is missing, but internal knob within works. Selling as-is. $20 Firm Pick-up only: The Glebe area (Bank and Fifth). Note: May need a vehicle since the sub-woofer is heavy and you'll need it to make it work since the four satellite speakers are connected to it.
