For sell Akai GX-255D direct drive, auto reverse reel to reel tape recorder near mint condition. 1/4-inch tape, 4 tracks, 2 channels, stereo/mono, 3 motors, 7-inch reel to reel tape deck in perfect working condition. Runs at 19 cm/sec (7 1/2 ips) and 9.5 cm/sec (3 3/4 ips). There are 4 Glass & X'TAL Ferrite Heads in good shape. Recently done: cleaning, lubrication and head demagnetizing. All controls and switches have been DeOxited, cleaned so there is no crackling noise. All functions Playback, Recording are tested and working properly Cosmetics are excellent.
