Includes adapter to convert into step-in / step-out toddler bed (PICTURED). Mattress was replaced with high-quality Simmons BeautyRest dual-sided ultra foam. Supports infants 0-12 months with a firm side, and can be flipped to support > 12 months old with a softer toddler side. Includes all required hardware, and was painted baby blue for a boy.
