3 Phase Middleby Marshal WOW oven, 32 inch belt, The WOW feature is a smart laser system that detects when a pizza (or Other) is layed on the conveyor to ramp the oven to life to cook, when timer passes and pizza is out of the oven it slows the oven motor to maintain temperature and save up to 30% on electricity. Reason for selling is we bought a stackable oven and had to move this one to make space. Nothing wrong with oven otherwise.
