This highchair is new. I put it together only to take the picture but it’s now back in the box. It comes with the instructions. It can be a high or a low chair or can sit flat on the ground by removing the legs. The tray is adjustable, and the upper tray is dishwasher safe. The seat cover is waterproof, can be wiped down easily and can be removed. And the entire chair can be folded down (see pictures) for storage or travel.
