1979 Schwinn 24" Wheel Beach Cruiser/Klunker/Hot Rod Introduction
Serial# LQ565847. Chicago, USA built and super cool 1979 Schwinn single speed cruiser with a California klunker style build. This build is 24" aluminum wheels, newer knobby tires, singlespeed freewheel, original Schwinn cranks, pedals and sprocket, BMX chain, caliper brakes, really cool vintage brake levers with dust guards, ape hanger bars, newer Schwinn stem, vintage Schwinn/BMX headset, made-in-england vintage grips, a newer but vintage MTB fork, and the original Schwinn seatpost & Messinger spring saddle.
This is a super cool bike that's tuned up and ready to ride. It would comfortably fit smaller people but also taller ones with the higher bars(I'm 6' for reference).
This bike was originally bought in El Sobrante, California from El Sobrante Cyclery.
