1940's Record Player Introduction

I have a forties era record player, made by RCA Victor. This version is the "New Orthophonic High Fidelity", record player. I had this redone to working condition, then stored it, and upon retrieval seems something came loose. Selling as is, needs a once over by someone who knows tube systems.
